Instructions for New Line Booking for Individual
1.
Nearest Telephone which will be asked while filling the form is very important for verification of Telephone Exchange your phone will belong. In case your nearest telephone number is wrong your request for new telephone number may get cancelled.
2.
You will be asked to pay online the registration amount which will be according to the plan selected.
3.
If you accept old MTNL Telephone instrument.you will get Rs. 250/- waived off and it will be reflected in first bill.
4.
If you arrange your own Telephone instrument.you will get Rs. 250/-(Instrument cost) waived off.
5.
After workorder is generated concerned area persons will contact you for installation of Telephone.
6.
This Landline connection will not be used for Telemarketing and in case this connection is used for Telemarketing, it shall be liable to be Disconnectioned.
7.
MTNL representative will collect the
Application Form
which must be Filed properly with
supporting documents
